The Saudi Electricity Bill Calculator estimates a monthly residential bill from electricity consumption in kWh, meter breaker capacity and VAT. The first 6,000 kWh per month are calculated at SAR 0.18 per kWh and consumption above 6,000 kWh at SAR 0.30 per kWh. The applicable monthly meter-service fee is then added according to breaker capacity, followed by VAT on the taxable subtotal.

kWh is monthly electricity consumption, the meter-service fee depends on breaker-capacity band, and VAT is the value-added-tax percentage entered in the calculator.
